*Top two teams will be placed on the global leaderboard. If you are competing in a team of two, you will not be eligible for the global leaderboard, but you may still take part. Mixed teams of four are eligible for the global leaderboard.

Grid Hybrid x Hype

A vibrant new event series designed to bring people together and build connections, strengthen community and align on shared goals through Hybrid training.

Join us on Sunday, May 11th for an exclusive HYBRID workout brought to you by GRID Hybrid @ Hype Gym. Your ticket includes entry to the gym for the HYBRID workout, an LSKD x GRID x HYPE tee and we'll be giving away some stash and goodies on the day. Bulk Nutrients will be offering live tastings of a range of products and we'll have videography and photography to capture your best shots.


About the workout:

  • Teams of FOUR - you may sign up solo and we will place you in a team on the day (don't be shy!)

  • Teams must be mixed - 2 guys/2girls

  • One ticket = one entry. e.g team of four must purchase four tickets.

  • The workout will be a 'hybrid' style workout and will not be released until the day.

  • Workout movements are Functional - there is no specific skill acquisition required, however it is recommended that you are a 'confident' gym go-er in the functional space.

  • There will be running - it is recommended that you are comfortable with running 5-10km distances.

  • Finally, the length of the workout will be approximately 70-90 minutes, dependent on abilities.
