Grid Hybrid is a performance led training and running platform creating competitive, community-driven hybrid pop-up events bridging the gap between major fitness events and your everyday training.
We operate across three core areas: Training, Run, and Events - combining structured programming, real-world sessions, and competitive experiences.
The Grid season runs from March 2026 to March 2027, with activations across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Each season introduces a new program for the GRID Hybrid Original Series, while the Relay remains a consistent format. There is no limit to how many events we deliver each year.
TRAINING
1:1 Performance Coaching
A fully personalised, performance-driven training experience built around you.
Your program is tailored to your goals, schedule, and current fitness — and continuously refined using key training metrics like pace, effort, and progression over time. Every session has a purpose, and every adjustment is informed by your data.
Delivered through the app, this is ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability.
Think of it as having a coach in your pocket: structured, responsive, and built to drive measurable progress.

Open Training
A structured training program designed for everyday athletes who want consistency without the need for 1:1 coaching.
You’ll follow a well-built, progressive plan that gives you clarity and direction — while still training on your own terms.

RUN — CIRCUIT
Circuit is Grid Hybrid’s monthly performance track session, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Each session brings people together for a high-energy, community-driven run — with structured workouts that are thoughtfully scaled to suit all levels.
Every month features a new date and location, creating a consistent rhythm while keeping the experience fresh.
Fuelled by Puma & Maple Movement, Circuit blends performance, community, and atmosphere into one session.

Teams complete two components each
All runs are completed together; all other stations can be split as desired

This is where we pop up anywhere, anytime. These events don’t follow a fixed format - they might be a running event, a secret location pop-up, or something entirely unexpected.
This does not follow the same format as our Grid Hybrid Original Series.
We’re about building connections and showcasing fitness in a way that feels supportive and social. The beauty of it is that anyone can do it. The movements are all functional - you won’t find skill-heavy barriers here.
