BRIEFING: 8:30AM (the event will take approximately 3-4 hours to conclude. Please leave plenty of time for this.)

The Bulk Nutrients Relay (top two teams will be placed on the global leaderboard.)

Hybrid workout in teams of FOUR (approximately 80-120 minutes long.) The format will be set out in waves following the completion of the relay in 15 minute increments.

Prizes will be awarded to top team in the relay and the hybrid workout. If the winner is the same for both, rolldown will occur for the hybrid workout, and the second team in will be the winner.
