Stream One - Grid Hybrid Original Series

  1. My partner has pulled out. Can I substitute them?
    Yes. You may either:

  • Update the athlete name via your online portal within the allocated time frame (prior to the release of wave starts 7 days from the event.)

  • Visit Athlete Services located at Registration during opening hours and change your team players name for a fee of $20.00 AUD

  1. Can I get a refund?
    All tickets are non-refundable.

  2. When do entries close to your events?
    Entries close once sold out or seven days prior to the event registration.

  3. Where can I see results?
    Results will be published via our official results platform.

  4. When is the next event?
    Upcoming event dates are announced via social media and the GRID website. www.gridhybrid.com.au.

  5. If I’m injured, can I skip the run?
    All athletes must complete the full race format. We cannot modify the course to accommodate injuries. Please seek medical advice prior to competing.

  6. Do you cater for para athletes?
    At this stage, we do not have the operational capacity to run dedicated para divisions. We are working toward increasing accessibility in future events.

  7. What happens in adverse weather?
    The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Contingency plans are in place to ensure safety and continuity. Please stay vigilant in the 24 hours prior to the event to pick up any communications.

  8. Can I change my start time?
    No. Start waves cannot be changed. By registering, athletes acknowledge and accept their allocated wave start time within the designated event hours.
