*penalties will be given for baton dropping, incorrect handle transitions and breaking the rules. Each team will have a judge.
Grid Hybrid brings you Friday Night Lights @ Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park, Melbourne. In mixed teams of FIVE or SIX (3 males/2 or 3 females) you must keep the SkiErg hot and the track running - which means you cannot let either of them stop at any point.
- You can split up the work in any way you want.
- Only one person from your team can be on the SkiErg and only one person from your team can be on the track at any one time.
- The baton must be carried by the team player on the track and correct transition of the baton must occur at the changeover point.
